We want you to love your new jewelry! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below.

Returns

  • Eligibility for Returns: You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

    • Unworn, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.

    • In the original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories attached.

    • Free from signs of wear, alterations, or damage.

    • The package must be returned along with the original purchase receipt for processing.

  • Non-Returnable Items:

    • Custom-made or personalized pieces.

    • Sale or clearance items.

  • Refund Process:

    • To start a return, please email us at admin@jaysjewelbox.com with your order number and reason for return.

    • Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    • Once your refund is approved, it will be processed, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method. The timing of the refund will depend on your card issuer's policies and may take a few days to reflect in your account.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).

  • All shipping costs must be covered by the customer, even if the item initially offered free shipping. The customer is responsible for any return shipping fees.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

  • Late or Missing Refunds:

    • If you haven’t received your refund within the estimated timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card provider. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, contact us at admin@jaysjewelbox.com

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product, please contact us at admin@jaysjewelbox.com

To maintain the highest standards, we perform a three-step quality check before shipping your order. While we strive to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition, there may be rare occasions where factors beyond our control result in damaged or defective products. In such cases, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order and prior to using the product. Kindly provide a video of the unboxing process, taken immediately upon opening the package, as part of the return process. This will help us facilitate a replacement for any damaged goods.

If the product you ordered is out of stock or if we encounter unforeseen issues with our inventory or quality checks, your order may need to be canceled. Rest assured, we will inform you promptly. For orders placed via online payment methods , any refunds will be processed once our team confirms your request.
